We value sound instruction in both theological principle and practical ministry and exhibit a passion to see believers fully functioning in the body of Christ and utilizing their gifts. It is for this cause that Bishop Stevens is available for mentorship, ministerial guidance, and tutelage as individuals or groups of aspiring minsters journey toward their calling in Christ.
Having experience in ministerial development, this arm of D. Stevens, Sr. Ministries focuses on challenging and developing those who have recognized the call of God on their lives for ministry and desire to be groomed to greater service in the Lord, wherever they may serve.

Perfect in One also works with pastors to develop ministerial staff, overseers, and ministry leads in order to maximize their service in the local church.
